The BioAlliance offers the biotechnology industry a suite of fermentation and downstream processing equipment for scale-up/pilot scale manufacturing needs. The equipment is located at Bioscience Manufacturing Incubator in Charlottetown.

  • pH, DO, Redox, Temperature, Agitation, Gas flow sensors

Pilot Spray Drying System

  • Processing capacity 5-20kg/hr @ 50% solid content
  • Evaporation rate 2-10kg/hr @ 150-320 degrees
  • Control system – Siemens PLC and touch screen HMI
